Buffers are suitable for formation of very wide linear and non-linear pH gradients from pH 2.4 to pH 10.7. Buffers are used for externalpH gradient chromatographic pISep eparation of proteins and other charged biological molecules.  Buffers are shipped as two concentrates. Detailed instructions are included.
